Mila checks website copy and long texts against numeric standards, not by eye: lines of 45–75 characters, headings up to 60 characters, paragraphs of 3–4 lines, no more than three heading levels. On someone else’s site she notices when it’s unclear what the company does, when the price differs in two places, or when the “Reviews” section is empty. She doesn’t judge from the text how a page looks on a phone, and she says so plainly.
