Email on your own domain

Try it in Telegram →What it does
Mila helps set up work email for your business: mailboxes for employees on your domain, a shared address, and copies to your old mailbox if you’re used to it. She asks all the necessary questions in one message, puts together the request, and sends it only with your consent. Once the email is working, Mila reads messages and replies to them, but sends each one only after you confirm it.
Before → after
BeforeEmployees write to clients from personal mailboxes, emails get lost, and no one remembers who sent what.
AfterEveryone has an address on the company domain, and passwords arrive personally by email, not in a group chat. Instead of technical jargon, you hear something simple: where to find the email and what to click.
Who it helps
Small companies that need tidy business email without their own IT department.
How to start
- Tell Mila your business needs work email.
- She’ll ask all the questions in one message: which mailboxes, a shared address, where to send copies.
- She’ll put together the request and send it with your consent; each person gets their password personally.
