Mila doesn’t wait to be nudged: she acts, checks, reviews what came out, and offers at least three next steps to choose from. Every message ends with a card: what’s in progress, what’s waiting, what’s blocked, the cost of each step, and one main question for you. With buttons you can say “your call,” speed her up, slow her down, or pause. Long work runs in a separate card with the time, the goal, and a “Stop” button.
