What it does

Mila builds every message to a client, a partner and you by the same rules: the first line is the conclusion, one idea per message, deadlines and numbers instead of “in a few days.” She addresses people by name and uses their own words, praises specifics, objects gently but to the point, and admits a mistake in one line, immediately saying what has already been fixed. The rules come from the owner’s book “Master of Communication. Speak with Ease!”.
