When text isn’t enough, Mila draws. One idea — a sketch image. Several conclusions — a set of diagrams, charts and mind maps in one file. A large system with people, roles and connections — a live canvas via a link: you can move it around and edit it from your phone, and clicking a block opens the details. Every number comes from the source, and Mila checks the finished result by eye before sending.
Before → after
BeforeA “how everything works” diagram — more than 40 blocks and about 70 arrows going in every direction, impossible to make sense of.
AfterThe same story on one canvas — 22 blocks, 17 arrows, three lanes following the flow of work. The main point is clear in 30 seconds, how it works — in 2 minutes.
Who it helps
For anyone who needs to explain something complex: reports, lessons, how a team or product is structured. Prices, conversations and client names never go into diagrams for clients or public channels.
How to start
- Send Mila whatever is hard to explain in words: a report, how your team is structured, a workflow.
- She’ll choose the format: an image for one idea, a set of diagrams, or a live canvas via a link.
- You can move and edit the canvas from your phone; click a block for details.
