The Telegram bot factory: BotFather's quiet revolution, and we're going in first

A bot used to need code, a server and a developer. In 2026 one click gives birth to a working specialist agent. I'll explain why this is a window of opportunity — and how we're taking it through a partner network and co-ownership.

What actually happened

For years there was only one door into the world of Telegram bots — BotFather. And behind that door, work was waiting for you: write the bot's code, buy hosting, deploy it on a server, maintain it. You needed technical expertise, a developer, infrastructure. That threshold cut off almost everyone — a person had the idea, but not the bot.

In 2026 a quiet but powerful revolution happened. We learned to create our own bot-fathers — custom versions of BotFather that, on request, assemble not an empty template but an already working bot specialised for a specific task. With ready-made skills. With ready-made integrations. On our infrastructure.

One click — and what you have is not "a bot that still needs programming" but a working agent, assistant, specialist. It's on this wave that we're building the idea of a "bot factory".

"Before" and "after": why this is a revolution, not an upgrade

"Before" looked like this: you have a task — say, answering clients, taking bookings, selling. To get a Telegram bot to do it, you hire a developer, wait weeks, pay for hosting, then pay for support. Every change goes through the developer again. The barrier to entry killed 99% of ideas before they even started.

"After" looks like this: you describe the task — the bot-father hands you a finished bot that already works. Code, server, deployment, integrations — all of it is hidden under the hood and lives on our infrastructure. You get a result, not a construction site.

1 clickinstead of weeks of development, hiring and deployment

This isn't "it got more convenient". It's a change in the very nature of the product: the bot turns from an engineering project into goods you take off the shelf. And when something that used to cost weeks and a developer starts costing one click, the market opens up anew, all of it.

When something that used to cost weeks and a developer starts costing one click, the market opens up anew, all of it.

Why this only works in Telegram

A key point that's easy to miss: the bot-father mechanism isn't available in other messengers. It's Telegram's architecture that lets one "father" spawn finished, independent bots for users' tasks.

TG onlythe bot-father mechanism is impossible in other messengers

This makes Telegram a unique ecosystem — not one channel among many, but the only platform where a bot factory is possible in this form at all. For us this isn't a detail but a strategic foundation: we're building not on a fashionable trend that will be copied everywhere tomorrow, but on a unique property of the platform.

That's why the conversation isn't about "yet another bot builder" but about mastering a whole ecosystem that, for now, has no equal.

The window of opportunity — and why it will close

Every revolution opens a narrow window. Right now the field is almost empty: niches aren't taken, regions aren't taken, user habits are still forming. Whoever goes in first takes the wave.

The window will close fast. As soon as the mechanism becomes obvious, everyone will rush in, and then what decides things won't be speed but who managed to stake out niches, regions and trust. First movers will build a network that the latecomers will have to win back piece by piece.

So our logic is simple: we go into this window now, on a broad front, while it's open. Not "we'll test it someday", but first.

How it makes money: not one stream, but several

The bot factory earns along several paths at once, and that matters — revenue doesn't hang on a single bet.

7revenue paths: not one source but diversified income

Direct streams: a markup on inference (we sell the compute the bots run on, with a margin), a commission on balance top-ups, a subscription to a bot or a factory, rent for a working specialist bot. On top of that — upselling extra services: for example, hosting for a website that the same bot manages, and related services around it.

And two large-scale directions. The first is custom factories for a specific niche or industry, which we build together with partners and clients. The second is internal factories for large organisations, that is B2E, business-to-employee: the company gives every employee their own specialist assistant. This directly raises people's professionalism and the quality of their work — the organisation is buying not "bots" but a stronger team.

Our moat: a partner network and co-ownership via a token

Speed matters, but speed can be copied. Our real advantage is in the model. We're not a service company; we're a cooperative that provides infrastructure for partners' factories.

The difference is fundamental. A service company's client is always at risk: the company can pivot, close down, change prices — and you're left with nothing. A cooperative partner supports the infrastructure through a token and gets co-ownership of it. A co-owner has no reason to leave — they have a reason to build with us for the long term. That's the reliability a service, by definition, can't provide.

A network also means speed of entry. Through partners we enter dozens of niches and regions at once, through the hands of people who know their territory. That's our secret weapon: you can't buy it with speed or copy it in a quarter — it's built from trust and a shared stake.

Where the cooperative is heading

The picture we're putting together: MILAGPT is shared infrastructure on which partners deploy their own bot factories for their own niches and regions. Inference, billing, skills, integrations, reliability — on us. Market knowledge, clients, personalisation — on the partner. The token binds everyone together as co-owners, not as clients under a contract.

Every new factory strengthens the network: more niches, more regions, more data and skills that can be shared. It grows not linearly but like an ecosystem — each participant adds value for the rest.

We're at the start of this curve, in an open window, with a model that's hard to repeat. Next — taking niches and regions faster than the market.

The window is open — but not for long

If you want to get into the Telegram bot factory first — as a partner with your own niche or region and a co-owner of the cooperative's infrastructure — let's talk now, not once the wave has already been taken.
