Mila’s privacy

Mila works with your business: your messages, documents, clients. We tell you honestly who can see what — and how to lock everything down if that matters to you.

Two modes

CoworkingLike a good coworking space: each Mila has her own isolated room on our server. Other Milas don’t come into yours, and we keep your clients’ secrets by the rules. Our team can technically service the server — and does so only for work.

Safe+Your own closed machine. Its memory is encrypted by the processor itself, and the key to the data is only with you. Neither we nor the cloud can look inside, even while Mila is working. Your phone checks this itself before every opening.

The last row is the same as with any AI assistant: to answer, the model reads the conversation. We keep on our side only what the work needs.

How to check it yourself (Safe+)

Before Mila is opened, your phone receives a report from the machine signed by the AMD processor and checks it against the published image of Mila. The verification code is open and is not hosted by us. If it doesn’t match, the key is not sent and Mila stays closed.

Honestly about the risk

In Safe+ the key is split into three parts: one with you, one on a second phone, one with a trusted person. Any two of them can open it. Lose two of the three and no one can recover the data, not even us. That is why Safe+ is a separate plan for those who really need it.

Price

Coworking is included in Mila. Safe+ is $150 a month (Mila together with her own closed machine).
Safe+ is in pilot now: write “I want Safe+” to your Mila — we’ll put you in the queue and let you know when it opens.
