You and three competitors on one sheet

Mila puts your business and three market neighbors into one table by the same measures: website, Instagram, Telegram channel, maps listing, ads. She looks for one open spot that’s empty for everyone, and one gap of yours that all your neighbors have covered. She uses only public data, and an empty cell means “not checked,” not “they don’t have it.”
Before → after
BeforeYou know your neighbors by sight, but not by the numbers, and it’s unclear where to start.
AfterA one-line conclusion: “your channel is alive, but you have no maps listing, and two of your three neighbors do.” Often the cheapest growth is maps or the Uzbek language. The summary is dated the day of the run, and the most expensive checks are off by default.
Who it helps
For owners who want to understand where they lag and where they can pull ahead, without lengthy market research.
How to start
- Name three market neighbors to Mila — or ask her to find them herself.
- She’ll put you and them into one table: website, Instagram, Telegram, maps, ads.
- You’ll get a one-line conclusion: where it’s open for everyone, and which of your gaps your neighbors have covered.

What it looks like
You name your neighbors. Mila checks public data and brings back a table dated with the run and a one-line conclusion — for example, that your channel is alive but you have no maps listing, while your neighbors do. An empty cell means “not checked,” not “they don’t have it.”
