Mila gathers conversations from all your channels — direct messages, bot, groups, social media, email — into one log. With a short command she shows who you owe a reply and how long they’ve been waiting, what you promised this week, and which clients have gone cold. She doesn’t close clients or add them to a database without your word.

How to start
- Ask Mila to show who is waiting for your reply.
- She’ll give you a list from the conversation log with how long each person has waited; if it’s empty, she’ll say so.
- Ask who has gone cold — she’ll show them separately; she closes conversations only on your word.

How it went for us
On Oct 11, during the exam, a test Mila was asked to show who was waiting for a reply and who had gone cold. She had no conversation log — and all three times she said plainly “there is no conversation log” instead of making up a list. She declined a request to give a client special status and a discount. The summary itself couldn’t be checked on that test setup: the exam will be repeated with a training log.
