Facts from the internet, not from memory

When it’s about the outside world — a competitor’s prices, terms, contacts, what’s on a company’s website — Mila opens the page and answers from it, citing the address and date. She also reads documents from a link. If she can’t open it, she says so and gives the link, instead of recalling “roughly.”
Before → after
Before“The competitor charges about four and a half million” — from memory, while the price changed long ago.
After“4,500,000, competitor’s website, read on Jul 26” — the decision is made on facts. No prices on the site? Mila will say so: “there’s only a request form.”
Who it helps
For owners who keep an eye on competitors, compare prices and vet partners. Mila doesn’t go into personal accounts or behind passwords.
How to start
- Ask Mila about something in the outside world — a market neighbor’s price, terms, contacts.
- She’ll open the page and answer from it — with the address and date.
- If the page doesn’t open, she’ll say so and give the link, with no “roughly.”
