4. Authorization and Permissions

4.1 Google Account Integration

By connecting your Google account, you:

• Authorize MILA GPT to access and manage your Google services
• Understand that actions taken by the AI are on your behalf
• Can revoke access at any time through Google Account settings
• Acknowledge that we comply with Google API Services User Data Policy

4.2 Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for:

• All actions performed by MILA GPT on your accounts
• Ensuring instructions to the AI are legal and appropriate
• Consequences of automated actions (sent emails, created events, etc.)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use MILA GPT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing emails, or malicious content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Access accounts or data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to bypass any security measures
• Use the Service for illegal cryptocurrency activities

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content remain the property of MILA GPT
• You retain ownership of content you create or upload
• You grant us license to process your content to provide the Service
• AI-generated content may be used to improve our services

7. Privacy and Data

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
