Why new professions are appearing

Everyone has AI. Results go to those who manage it

Anyone can make texts on request

Every client has ChatGPT. What they value is someone who runs the work every day and is responsible for the outcome.

An agent needs an owner

Someone has to tell it what’s right and what’s not. Teach it, check it, set tasks.

Without people, the tool gets abandoned

Buying access isn’t enough. You need a person nearby who sees it through to results.

“These things are no longer made by programmers but by people themselves, with an assistant at their side.”

Profession 1 · Mila Operator

Mila Operator — grows and runs Milas for clients

An operator doesn’t write every post. They teach Mila the client’s business, set tasks, check the work and are responsible for the result. Mila does the routine. Another name for the profession is AI operator.

Before → after

What they do

  • Teaches Mila the client’s business: customers, prices, tone
  • Sets tasks by text or voice
  • Checks the work and corrects it
  • Runs the client’s marketing, social media and sales with Mila

Who it suits

  • Freelancers: SMM, copywriting, design
  • Marketers and consultants who work with clients
  • People looking for a new profession
  • No AI experience needed

What to learn

  • Choose a focus: SMM, sales, advertising, web design, reviews and competitors, assisting a manager
  • Teach Mila rules, like an intern
  • Show the client how you work with Mila
“Well done! Now when someone asks you for DOCS, you can do the FOID right away too”
A senior airline agent teaches Mila like an intern. That’s how an operator grows Mila for the business: show her the right way once — and she works by that rule.

Questions

Ask — I’ll answer 🙂

Do I need AI experience?

No. Mila lives in Telegram: you write to her by text or voice, like to a colleague. You learn the profession on real tasks.

Do I need a programmer?

No. There’s nothing to install; we’ll help you connect and set up Mila.

Where can I learn?

In the “Mila Profi” club: AI news, mini-courses, reviews of your work on Wednesdays, group calls.

Where do I find clients?

We teach this in the club: what to offer a client and how to show them how you work with Mila. You find your first clients with our support.

How is a Mila Operator different from an SMM manager?

An SMM manager does everything themselves. An operator grows a Mila around the client’s business: she writes texts, answers customers, prepares documents. The operator sets tasks, checks the work and is responsible for the result.

How much do these professions pay?

Income grows with the number of your clients. In the club we show how we build this work ourselves.

Are an AI Director and Mila Director the same thing?

No. An AI Director is a person in a company. Mila Director is a digital director that we grow and run.
