We’re calling everyone who loves Mila. Together we build her superpowers and improve the core. The code is open: mila-companion and the mila-telegram plugin are on GitHub.
We work remotely, in Telegram and on GitHub. Openly, and we agree on things together.
Who we’re looking for
Tap a card: it flips over and shows the first step. First steps are real tasks from our open task list.
Improve mila-companion and the mila-telegram plugin: installation, accounting, channel checks, the message receiver, buttons, voice.
The project task list has an item called “Canvas server”: so the “Visual” skill can start its own canvas with one command. What to do and how to check it is described right there.
Open the task listWrite new skills for Mila. A skill is a file with rules: Mila reads it and starts using it right away.
Open the skills folder in the repository. Read one skill, for example “client-chat” — how Mila handles a chat with a client. Then describe your own: what job it does.
Open skills on GitHubBring Mila to life: milagpt.io pages, her look, animations, scenes where she talks and moves.
Read the “design-gates” skill — the rules we use to accept a page. Then send Mila a link to your work and one idea for bringing our site to life.
Open the layout rulesWrite texts and lessons in Russian, Uzbek and English: pages, guides, skill rules.
The task list has an item “The login page only speaks Russian”. It needs texts in English, Russian and Uzbek. A good first job for a writer.
Open the task listGrow Milas for clients: teach them the client’s business, prices and tone, and run the client’s messages, social media and sales together with Mila.
Read about the new profession: how an operator works with Mila and where to start. No programmer needed.
New professions →Install Mila on a clean server, check every step and honestly write up what broke and how to reproduce it.
The task list has an item about the hourly collection on the server: it has never been run live. It says what to check. Describe what you find on GitHub.
Open the task listSee yourself in more than one role? That’s fine. Tell Mila what you can do — we’ll find a job for you.
How we work
The core code is open to everyone. Anyone can see what Mila is built on and suggest a change.
Work from your own city at your own pace. No office needed — just Telegram.
We discuss things in chats. Our Milas work alongside people: they give hints, check work, remember agreements.
Tasks and changes live on GitHub and in chats. Every change is visible, and every change has an author.
We work openly and agree on things together. You suggest — we discuss — we decide together. Mila works with people the same way: she agrees on important things first.
Three steps
Flip a card above and see the first step.
Open the code, read a skill or take a task from the list. Take a small step.
Message Mila in Telegram: who you are, what you can do, what you’ve already tried.
Questions
Not everyone does. Core developers and testers — yes. Writers, designers and Mila operators don’t need code.
They are Mila’s open core. mila-companion holds her skills, memory and tools. mila-telegram is the channel through which Mila lives in Telegram. Details are on the “Open source” page.
Remotely. We talk in Telegram and track tasks and changes on GitHub and in chats.
We talk in Russian. Texts and lessons are needed in Russian, Uzbek and English. Code descriptions on GitHub are in English.
We discuss terms in person — after we meet and take a first step together.
Still have a question? Ask Mila — she’ll answer and pass your story on to the team.

Telegram will open, bot @mila_tashkent_bot.
