Picture an employee who keeps asking: "What's best?", "When?", "How much?" The questions seem right, but you still have to decide everything. By evening your head hurts not from work, but from other people's questions.
A good employee does it differently: "I suggest this. There are two more options — here's what happens with each. I'd pick the first." All you have to say is "yes".
Mila 1.6 is learning to work exactly like that. Here's what changed.
Comes with a decision
Before, Mila sometimes asked a bare question: "When should I post?" Now she brings her own proposal, two or three options with what each leads to — and a recommendation.
For example: "I suggest posting tomorrow at 10:00 — people will see it before the workday starts. Tonight is possible — it goes out sooner, but fewer will read it. Saturday is possible — there'll be time for a picture. I recommend tomorrow at 10:00."
What you get: fewer questions, more decisions. You can answer with one tap.
Prepares in advance
Before a meeting, a launch or a talk, Mila goes through a checklist: is everything in place — the link, the slides, the reminder to participants. Whatever is missing, she closes before the start, not after.
What you get: no need to wonder "did we send the link?". Before the meeting you see what's missing and who will close it.
Keeps track of requests
You write to Mila on the go: "also check the surname", "what about the button?". In the middle of a long conversation such small things are easy to lose.
Now Mila records every request. Urgent ones she takes at once. Almost-done ones she finishes. And during the day and in the evening she rereads the conversation herself and finds what could have slipped.
What you get: no need to remember everything you've asked: Mila records requests and finds the forgotten ones herself.
Checks complaints against facts
If you have several Milas and you're unhappy with one of them, Mila first checks the complaint against the log of the one in question. You get an answer in facts — what really happened — and a ready step to fix it.
What you get: a review without guesses or arguments.
Money and key matters — your call
A large expense, a limit or a budget — Mila brings a card: what, how much and why. You decide with one tap.
What you get: your budget stays in your hands, with no surprises at the end of the month.
Also
- Style council. Before showing a deck or a page, Mila looks at it from three angles so it looks professional.
- Introduction in a client group. In a new group Mila first says a short hello: "Hi, I'm …, an artificial intelligence." The client knows right away who they're talking to.
- Updates without surprises. Before an update Mila shows a plan: what each new version brings — in one line.
One number
On 28 October six versions came out in a row — from 1.6.0 to 1.6.5. All changes are in the open code on GitHub.
