Imagine you've hired a very smart employee. They know a lot and write fast. But they have no desk, no phone and no list of your company's rules. All that brainpower isn't much use.
AI is the same. The model is the brain. For the brain to work like an employee, it needs a workplace: where tasks, notes, tools and rules live.
Claude Code, made by Anthropic, is that kind of workplace. Mila works at it.
What Mila needs
Mila doesn't write software. She answers customers, keeps track of tasks, writes posts and reports. She needs four things:
- To work in Telegram — where your customers already are.
- To remember your rules and not forget them.
- To know what to do herself and what to ask first.
- A clear price.
What Claude Code has for this
Rules in plain words. They sit in a separate file, like a job description. The owner can open it, read it and edit it.
Checks that run by themselves. For example, a reply meant for one customer won't land in another customer's chat. The rule lives in the program, not in Mila's memory.
Telegram. The messenger connects to Claude Code directly. Mila works in Telegram, not in a black window on a computer.
What she does herself, what she asks. This is configurable. With Mila, anything that goes out in your name waits for your tap ✅.
Your own account. You sign in with your own Claude account or your own key and pay Anthropic directly. In the open version your data stays with you; a ready-made Mila can be exported in full at any time.
Where Claude Code falls behind
Every program is good at something. Here's what's worth knowing:
- Claude Code itself is closed-source. Mila's code is open; the program underneath is not.
- It works only with Claude models. The quality is consistent, but you can't swap in another company's model.
- Others have Telegram too. OpenClaw supports more than twenty messengers; Hermes supports Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp and email. In Claude Code, Telegram is still in preview.
- If switching models matters to you, look at OpenCode, Cline, Aider, OpenClaw or Hermes.
For a business owner
You don't need to understand these programs. What matters is that your employee is in your Telegram, follows your rules and costs a clear amount. Claude Code already had all of this — we built Mila from it.
Mila works in the open: every task is in the log, and anything in your name goes out only after your tap ✅.
